Help can't change npc name in game

hello everyone, have sources of acid server, have custom npc as buffer, and problem is that his name is not changeable, i changed db , npcnames-dat, also changed name in xml files and also changed his htm files. but in total when starting server and spawning npc in game, the name is still same as default "cona", also debuged project and everywhere is only changed name "Tsunade" appears, nowhere show "cona".
what to do? is any one have same problem? or any one know how to change it?
