Help L2 Tool Unable to open

Hello, I have weird problem with l2tool.jar
When I try to open it, the console just flash for 0.05s and then nothing happens. Any suggestions?

new java version installed in windows? l2tool uses old 8 java

Most probably this is the problem. Could you attach the right version of java which l2tool works?
