[Urgent]Does Anybody knows how to install themes in Vista?

I've currently found a good theme and I'd like to install it on Vista.Even if I'm searching for over 2 days in google and forums nothing has been found.I've patched my system (for those who don't know, vista has to be patched before it takes a theme), but I can't get the full theme to work.I mean one guy there, shared a browseui.dll which belong to System32 folder.Even if I replace it (It needs first to take ownership of the file etc...) the navigation bar which seems to be like Mac never show up.I'm really upset cause it's too beautiful theme and I can't get it to work!

So, if anybody from here knows how to install themes with navigation bars (not only the main theme) or he has further knowledge on this case then please post here as fast as you can...

Thanks in advance,

I found this on google but I am not sure if it will help u...

USE IT ON YOUR OWN RISK!

1. Login as a user with Administrative privileges -or- have Administrative credentials ready (check under the keyboard for a slip of paper).

2. Navigate to %systemroot%\System32

3. Right-click uxtheme.dll and click properties.

4. Take ownership of the file and close dialogs.

5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 for themeui.dll and shsvcs.dll

6. Right-click uxtheme.dll and click properties.

7. Give yourself (or group) Full Control permissions and close dialogs.

8. Repeat steps 6 and 7 for themeui.dll and shsvcs.dll.

9. Rename uxtheme.dll to uxtheme.old.

10. Rename themeui.dll to themeui.old.

11. Rename shsvcs.dll to shsvcs.old.

12. Copy patched files into %systemroot%\System32

13. Reboot (yes, this is really required)

I've done this, but it does not seem to work...

Perhaps I'm making something wrong...

EDIT: To explain better. The main theme could be installed through a specific process as explained by magaki13.The problem is when you need to activate pre-made taskbars with files like browseui.dll.I still keep replacing it but it's not working.I'm also have a problem with Icon set.How could I change ALL icons at once?I have to do it one at a time... ?

EDIT2: I handled it.Lock it.I'll sure make a guide for it :)
