Help acis npc

hi guys i have downloaded the last recision of acis i found some npcs but i cant pass them on the server.. it shows me when i press //spawn 104 e.g Applicant information is incorrect 

what am i doing wrong?

@Ugleethyn i made format my pc and loss all files and now i download the mariandb 10.9 version and i have this error

You have to create user at your database and give him access to the database

SQLSyntaxError is due to query issue (wrongly formatted mySQL query).

 

Verify your customs (probably characters offline), I can't help you.
