Im looking for Java side  shop for community board and achievement engine .. im using l2j

This is a whole mod and a hard one also not simple. Nobody is going to provide such code and adapt it for you for free. Maybe move to Marketplace?

To create ah shop inside community is easy but to adapt code for Achievements from other pack to yours noone will do it for free for sure.

To help you find a pack and just take inside gameserver/data/html/communityboard/shop the html files.

Open it with notepad and check where the bypasses leads.

Search inside pack where is located that xml files copy them and add the same at your pack.

After open xml with shop and add your items inside.
