[HELP] ENchanting jailing

I have my enchanting rates,max/min enchant fixed up but when i log into the server with a NON gm char after you enchant weapon to +6 and try unequip it you get instant jail for overenchanting please help me on fixing this thanks.

u have normal scrolls and blessed max to : 30
