Is there any c4 server pack secure from hlapex? ^^'

Just that i use l2j.lt\topai to find a server and in every C4 server hlapex works, i am thinking of creating my l2j c4 server.

 

So please give a few links to the best C4 server packs. And dont say search, it kindda pisses me off <.<
