First you must download Intellij or any IDEA programm you like.

Tested! Followed all steps correctly and not work. There must be something you forgot tel tell us. Maybe 1 small thing. I did everything all over again 8 times because I was thinking maybe I missed something or I did something wrong. But same problem all time. Can you help me via anydesk? I get crazy because I never had problems and this one here don't work for me. If problem will persist I will reinstall OS.
