I'm looking to find Dedicatet server i look for ovh cloud, have good DDos protection ? 

and if not you suggest any different company

Hyperfilter if u want good anti ddos.

in your place i would start with a vps of 25 euro on contabo it is ddos protected it is cheap and will do the work just fine, no need to start big without reason.
