Solution say : "Sorry but hlapex works everywhere guys hlapex is a way to send packets to server if u find the right packets u can use it but lots of guys use it only for items adena and GM skills .... Its not only that use of hlapex "

(by the way multisell packs are locked by l2j server (for hlapex and whatever program that send packets), but there must be other packets that are not blocked(Solution said))
