Interlude sps powater, cov or magnus?

What would you use in interlude on spellsinger class in pvp ? Powater, cov or magnus?

pow is always best on sps but most of servers have edited pow and not works as you can expect so everyone uses magnus or cov

gl on finding WM on low servers :D or maintaining mana to do what you said.. the thing is it depends on what type of server you play on and if the buff works or no
