The moment has come when we can make an official announcement about the inception of our project! After a huge amount of effort and difficulties, we can finally show our progress. We have gathered all our experience, respect our testers' feedback to bring the maximum joy from the game, meanwhile NOT changing the key-points of the common High-Five. We have merged the unique concept of mid-rate server with the low-rate world. 
Anyway, we were thinking what would it take for you to play on one server over 3? 6? months. The answer is clear:
 
- No bots - We've prepared a lot of ways to report the botters, so we are counting on your help! We promise that we will respond as fast as possible. It's possible that there will be a series of episodes called "bot hunting" so fair play gameplay is coming!
 
-Updates every week -  Nowadays most of admins just open the server and they do not any changes until it's dead... and then new one appears with the same settings. We gonna change it and we promise, that at least every second week we release an update contains changes in balance, some fixes and new content.
 
-No more Attributes/Fundations//Auto Enchants/GCM's etc. in shop/donate shop. We thought a lot about the donation system and our solution is: Premium Account + mostly visual objects. You neither won't see armors/weapons/jewels with a grade greater than Icarus/Dynasty. More info on our forum.
-Active administration
 
So.. Every player who loves to PvP 1 vs 1 or even team vs team,  should call his friends and create a party to rape some asses in the game! This project is created for people, so you must join our community!

The concept can be changed a little, but all changes are going to be mentioned here and on our website/forum.

Question: Are you tired of servers who open and close every 2-4 weeks? 
Answer: We are focused on opening one server without any wipe. We know, we know – every server promising that bull shit.  In this case, the server was created, among others, from such an initiative.  Probably we will open a new one in the far future, but it will be merged with the existing one.
 
Question: What is your policy like?
Answer:
  • No more hidden code(eg. boost statistics), everything here is public(including changes).
  • No more corruptions
  • Server for people, because people create community!
 
Question: What about bots? Do you have any solution?
Answer: We’re currently using smart guard 3.0, which as we all know, doesn’t have 100% guarantee of antibot protection. Therefore we have implemented additional security – let me explain. In certain cases, while using the bypass player can be jailed or banned and we will receive the notification.  This system requires improvement, but we are on the right path --> Test it out!
Anyway, we gonna hunt them, till they stop!
 
Question: Do you allow any change in an interface?
Answer: Unfortunately no, but we will prepare simple, nice-feeling modifications and in the near future we’re going to implement interface from higher/lower chronicles.

Question: How is the issue of balance between classes?
Answer: Let us not kid ourselves, because lineage 2 was never a balanced game. This is also the first reason that we’ve chosen Java files.  Since December 19 we had opened Alpha Test server for about  40 people, through which we’ve fixed most of the issues. What’s more,  we have implemented systems that collect and process informations from the game to our database. This solution will allow us to transfer data to the chart and we will see what requires changes. In all honesty, I must say, that we modeled on League of Legends, so formulas depend on base stats(men/con), resists, the level difference is a little bit fixed. Furthermore, every week will be update in statistics/skills, only if you get involved to help us make this game better. That’s why certifications skills work on every subclass. We say no! to flaming about something works wrong or it’s overpowered.  Support is almost available 24h/7 on forum/discord/Facebook, so write your issue directly to us or via forum if the case needs players' opinions. Additionally, the Bug Bounty Program is functional on our server.

VOTING for SERVER:
Available from the server Grand Opening. As a bonus, voting players can get Life Stones, Attribute Stones/Crystals, Scrolls of Enchantment (weapon/armor), Vote coin. In addition, every 12h players receive vote rune, which gives +1 to all statistics like STR, MEN, CON and increasing 10% of Adena/Drop.

Affecting on gameplay:

1)Fixed Cancellation system on Steal of Divinity:
a)steal 1-5 last buffs(alternately (songs/dance)/buffs, which means it steals (d/s)-->buff--->/(d/s)-->/buff -->(d/s)
b)chance for each steal = 40%, which means you can steal for example: 3 dance/song--> (d/s) -successful-->buff-failed-->(d/s)-successful-->buff-failed-->(s/d)-successful. If you do not have s/d, it iterates by only last 5 buffs.
c)all items/buffs/skills decrease this chance depends on these things.

 

2)Fixed Mana Potions (From now it works like greater healing potion) --> 100mp/second in PVP/PVE for 12 seconds, 15(3) seconds delay.

Skills will be auto learn up to 85level. We've made that decision, because this is our first project and our advertisment addressed mostly to "mid players". It was hard to made that decision, so we hope that you respect it.

    • I have a highly customized Hi5 pack based on L2JMobius with a lot of features for performance and modern game design. Disclaimer: I do not run any public server, but I run a "private" server for a group of 10 friends and about 2000 AI bots that required me to do heavy modifications on core systems of the game.  So my opinion will obivously be biased towards L2JMobius.   What I can tell you though without bias is: Most of the features you are asking for are nowadays considered de-facto, don't pay money for them. TvT, offline mode, community boards, premiums, vote rewards are in most packs including the open source ones. So before you pay a thousand plus euro for a pack ask yourself what you are paying that money for, that open source packs don't have.   Also a lot of the "strong points" some old packs were made for are nowadays obsolete. L2JFree derived packs for example used to have a lot of GC optimizations (Trove library) which are not not maintained, but most importantly not needed cause Java has evolved a lot since then and the performance issues these tricks tried to solve back then, are currently solved by Java's JVM itself. So if someone tries to sell you packed / unpacked integers in special hashmap data structures and other such things know that they have really lost their value nowadays.    A lot of people are selling thin air, things that everyone has. "Quality geodata" being one of them. I mean what's "quality geodata" ? Has someone painted them by hand ? Hell there's an online tool for free in github that extracts quality geodata, I think Galagard made it ? In contrast I'll tell you without wanting to boast about it that I use 3D navmesh on my project because 2000 bots could not pathfind large distances on A* on geodata. As far as I know, L2JMobius has it in its subscription version too. So if I could do an acceptable transition to navmesh from geodata in a week alone, I would assume that a decent pack with dedicated developers could do it better and faster. Red flag if someone still tries to sell you geodata in 2026.   Multi-protocol support gives small value and is a high risk.   I would not go for multi-protocol support for a public server cause you are locking yourself to specific providers and the functionality they support. If you need to change (eg pricing issues), you will be locked to a handful of providers. And what are you really gaining from a new client on an old game version ? Better UI ? The engine is still the same, static targeting and menus.    Agentic AI will make old hard features easy to implement, and drop their money value. Pay for AI-proof value. And compared to what most insecure devs claim, its a very powerful tool that allows those who know how to use it to accelerate their development. So a lot of features that took in the past a lot of time and effort to be developed and were a reason to charge money, are becoming a commodity today. So think to: The thing I am paying money for right now, how easy will it be to implement in a year from now ? If for example you are paying money for a game launcher that Claude Code can generate in top 1 hour without issues, I think you are wasting money.    I want to emphasise this a lot. Software engineering is in a transition atm. Most things that were mediocre to implement, launchers, guards, CMS, are nowadays easy. Yet the dev community continues to market them as premium content. They are not, sooner or later, when everyone starts selling them, they will realize that they will have to offer value in more complex features.  Private or public ? Bottom line is that a private pack and 1000 euro wont get you a sucessful server. You're the one that make it or break it. There have been many sucessful servers both in private packs and public packs in the past. It's really on the hands of the beholder, not on the source. A pack that plays good is a good indicator to buy as Trance said, but I would disagree that it's not enough. A server owner is not a player. He's a business man and has to account for longevity, vendor lock-in, expandability, hidden costs,  amortization, price changes and many more. Don't pick a pack based on how it played only.
