Download Adobe CC 2017 (trial), make login to your adobe account, install trial version and before open the program just replace amtlib.dll with the cracked version of it that you can find easily on Google

I just wanna tell you the truth, you can't download Adobe Photoshop or in that case any adobe products for free, and also it isn't fair for anyone. They are permitted and not made free to everyone. But you can download the portable version. Since you are a graphic designer and want to use a free tool, then check some alternatives like Ps.
