Help Level manager

Hello, can anyone help me with level manager? I am newbie in server development. 

I want NPC or button to community board that will give lvl 85 for coin of luck. Server is H5. 

 

An one more question. How can I edit tab names in community board?

you can look example code from admin command handler "handlers.admincommandhandlers" from your sources,

try search in this file "sysstring-**.dat"
