Help Splash Screen Error.

Hello! This is my first post on the forum and i want to know what i am doing wrong. When i execute my l2.exe the splash screen appears with green on background. I see a lot of tutorials but no one can help me. I appreciate if u can.

Thx for help me bro! but i have done that guide and the game open with out the splash screen. Maybe its the bmp of 256 the error but i dont know how to fix it.

Use the program that is in the video to convert to 256.bmp
