Help 4rth bad binds

Hello i would like help about bind my 4rth bar with keys. I have seen some interfaces you can use your 4rth bar aswell . example 1st bar = f1 f2 f3 / 2nd bar = 1 2 3 / 3rd bar= k1 k2 k3 / 4rth bar = ALT+ Q ALT+W ALT+E .

I know that has to do with interface.xdat i dont know what exactly yo change.
