Has someone this collection of extracted sounds and musics of full lineage 2 client ( any chronicle ) ?

do it by urself. you have the ogg fix tool and the encdec + ue to extract all sounds you need

For *.ogg use soft for converting ogg to wav ( or *.mp3 ).

 

For *.uax you can use Umodel ( by Gildor ) and get the wav files.
