There is not a list, simply because scammers will make new accounts all the time and they use vpn so we can't track their ips to alt accounts.

The thing is we mentioned several times to not trusted people with low post count, recently registered, or even just normal members and adviced them several times to use middleman, since no one cares to protect their own money what i can do about it?
