I'm looking for a good 5x-30x server with a decent population (500+ online atleast). But if you know of a good server in the range of these rates and is doing well, has potential and has a good site, just give me a shot and post the link.

I would suggest you L2Dex, it contains four servers.

Dex x4, Roxy x5, Wrath x9/12 (Not rly sure :X) and Fury x5000.

All those four servers are working based on L2Off files, having big uptimes, more than 1000+ players on each server, and english speaking staff.
