Help How to make Skill.usk

Hello, guys!

I wanted to create a new Skill.usk for me. I wanted to creat new skill's effects e add them into a skill.usk. Like √i®uS does.

Could someone teach me?
Could someone make a video e sent it to me ? I would like some explanation about this.
I have all the programs e know how to use them a little.

I don't know how to unpack skill.usk... this kind of thing...
I really need a Help.
I don't want just copy and past new effects from other people. I Want skills effects of my own
