Help L2 File Edit

Hello everyone, i try to use little bit L2 File Edit but this have problems in some fils, when i try to open npcgrp.dat, this file doesn't want to be opened !

Rest of files can be able to edit. But this sh!!t don't want. have someone a solution?

 

 

 

P.S-I use 3 file editors and another 3 systems!!!

Some files may be crypted. If they are not crypted use Miko > Link

I'm having this exact same issue, sorry for bumping, tried to download the file edit provided in link above, but exact same outcome, every other file loads fine, but npcgrp.dat just loads blank.

Most likely protected file.
