The deal was the pack for 200Euro and after the necessary checks ( to see if all the features that he requestes are inside , also without bugs) they would probably work together in this project with 50-50 of the income. The reaction was just normal from his side. paypal doesnt care about anything especially about private payments, which leads to the idea that you did the payment on purpose noone pays 200e with no reason and never offer 50% to do it as fast as possible that brings me just one idea that you knew that you will refund thats why u made the payment from someone's pc or ip so u can refund me later, you are a pure liar and scammer,i can smell scammers from miles ;) thats why u didnt accept the idea of locked core cuz u will fuck me up anyway, and u were pushing me to do it faster cuz the unauthorized reports are up to 60 days we were on the 55th day, you smell bitch
