Nah, this section is for such things - to solve reports. If he trash talk without any proofs, he should be punished.
It's like me telling that he stole old woman money from her wallet - I don't have proofs, but his rep is fucked.

He "doesn't call me a scammer" - because I didn't scamm anybody, but he thinks he can tell bullshits like "he just told 2 customers he got 2 funerals at once".

If both buyer and seller finalizes order in one way or another - it's not scam. 

About you I can't tell anything as I had no experience with you or your services. However, you claimed that Ave told something about death and you are not able to give valid proofs about this. This is an incrimination.
