Dunno if you understand correctly the meaning of a "development" project which is based on a database (anti virus like), therefore you are correct, we have found about 3 months ago a system vulnerability that allowed the use of an older database, I do agree we had such flaw in our system.

 

Yet that's in the past, and because we listen to our customers on a daily basis, I doubt something new like that will popup in the near future.

I will add about our advantages and disadvantages as I see it:

 

-We give daily support on any kind of issue you will have, I'm sure all our customers agree we're very good at it.

-We have a large client database, therefore we have seen a lot of private bots, clickers and potential exploits in overall.

-Our prices are below median, we offer annual subscription that will allow you to "relax" with the protection costs during the whole year.

-We usually don't charge for modules we provide to our customers, mostly all essential modules are free along side with the installation of it. 

-We're organized team of several members across the world, we are not 1 member team, therefore we have more capabilities for the future development. 

-We never made an agreement with bot development teams or ddosers which can lead to client endangerment. (you should read about that) 

 

As for disadvantages:

-This is anti virus like soft, which can never be 100% accurate(even with a driver, as it can be even more complicated for various of reasons), although it is true for other softs as well, we consider that as something we should try to evolve at, we make sure that we reduce your losses due bots.
