2)Recharge can not be used on your self (only to others) >.>

May work in crappy servers, but you dont need this in only,... you have time for buff, and next, you will be fully recharged

2nd: At a lot's of servers u can do that! so What the Hell are u talking about?

In c4 u can recharge your self...in interlude+ YOU CANT.
