Tool Decrypter And Encrypter

Hello this is an encrypter and a decrypter,

right now u can only use it for doc and txt files, if u use it for other types ull have to change the output.

Also can implement it in ur l2 client to encrypt some files.

the -7 are from accessdenied :) i have ++ from some programs ive created earlier, also i can share virus total too
