why always in ranks topzone/hopzone l2damage stay in rank 1?

all bots in there server, always the same, very bad server for me.

 

Create a good server pleaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaase, players leaving l2 because not good servers.

I guess the votes are not real,many servers used tricks for more votes and many players used many votes trick for rewards,thats why they have so much every time
