 cmd      (administrator)
cd..
cd..
Volumeid64.exe c: xxxx-xxxx       (xxxx= new ip)
 restart pc and try log IG

ok mate just why you dont say, you can create new acc but you cant log your old acc, bcoz you got ban on them too, you can fix ip/hwid ban but no char ban...
