I search to found this  , i mean when to speak to "classic" l2acis buffer how i can configure it to have all players the same shemes like the photo, and if they want can delete it or edit it .  I try it from db but there is only the schemes from my every player separately. Any ideas?

You could get better ideas than simply copy-paste Sahar buffer (which is a reedition of aCis scheme buffer v1).

 

About pre-generated schemes you can declare a static Map and feed players schemes list with that data on player creation (those schemes will be saved, that can create a lot of entries fast and is probably a bad idea). That's the only way to be able to edit/remove/add more schemes.
