Well , There is a guide from a-style but if im not mistaken its for L2OFF

 

If It Is Indeed for L2OFF Tell me To Create one For L2J.

well its not really hard if you want to make duals...

you can copy the line for example of tallum*dark leggion and replace the animation and texture of the weapon you want to be dual...

also change the weapon effect-rangesample and icons and anything u want to.(p attck/grade etc...)
