Im looking for an L2 Updater creation guide,

anyone can tell me how to do it and which apps/programms i need for this?

You are looking not really for L2 updater but for game(whatever) updater.

Best and quick solution: find "lameupdater", plug and play.

More advanced - You can find tutorials on YouTube, in most cases you need Visual Studio with basic knowledge of Visual Basic or C#

  have played many years ago excited to play again on launch. i have seen wonderful things about the server it looks how it should be theres hard work and it shows. it lives up to the glory days of l2 elixir. I wish the best of luck for the project i will be playing actively!
