Help Welcome Box When User Connect

Hi guys and SweeTs. 

 

When user connect to the server, this box should drop out everytime:  http://imgur.com/a/iAOcl , i have html of this box and now how to do this action ? Where i should go ?

For the first time ganja is right. Search for welcome / news config.

 

On aCis server.prop and data/html/servnews.htm

 

 

ShowServerNews = True

check the welcomehtm config
