Last Topic "topic's Prefix" With Last Post Or Bump Bug

Hello im not sure where or how to report this but for example the last topic "topic's prefix" with last post or bump sometimes gets bugged in Lineage II Private Sections:

 

As you can see my Private Server is with Classic topic's prefix but shows as Gracia Final...

This is an IPB image prefix bug since forever.
