Do you even have MySql installed? Hue :D

 

Install all required programs: JDK 1.8* / MySQL / Navicat or MariaDB. Make sure you have 'clean' files / build successful, configure it and enjoy.

 

 

* - if you have installed other versions of java, uninstall em all and then install / keep only 1.8.
