I think about 90% maxcheaters users don't care about armor, weapon or NPC they just need simple .utx with icons or edit loading screen. Everything will be fine if you delete that notice, it's just my opinion, I really appreciate you share something with us.

Downloaded and deleted, because of annoying notice :)...

If you want to disable notice, you need to delete "UnrealEd.ini" file. The notice will be removed after second program start.
