I think about 90% maxcheaters users don't care about armor, weapon or NPC they just need simple .utx with icons or edit loading screen. Everything will be fine if you delete that notice, it's just my opinion, I really appreciate you share something with us.

This 90% can use UnrealEngine2Runtime for making .utx, and they are not need to download this program.

If you want to disable notice, you need to delete "UnrealEd.ini" file. The notice will be removed after second program start.
