Help L2.exe Highi Five Modification

Hello.
I have seen some high five servers that they use modified l2.exe   *Loading anti-bot before game stats / and others* how i can create something similar ?
also that servers are not using l2.ini to connect to the server *i tried to delete l2.ini from the system and i was still able to connect to their server*

servers with smartguard using dsetup.u  not l2.ini

Its not l2.exe modified. It is DLL which is loaded in process. The l2.ini trick is just hook on winsock function so it doesnt read info form l2.ini but from the dlls code
