thepsolartek Posted February 22, 2016 Posted February 22, 2016 hi guys as the title say how can someone protect his server from l2phx? i cant find a java code :S
0 SweeTs Posted February 24, 2016 Posted February 24, 2016 (edited) well if u know a server l2java, it was pretty popular a while ago, with php u could augment your weapons without blacksmith mammon near, even if ur farming or in tvt event, additionally with phx u would get active/passive/chance like 1 in 5 ls instead of like 1 in 50 :D and im pretty sure it isnt an only server like that, just an exampleThat means their code/pack is a crap, a big crap. If code is reworked/okay, its harmless. Edited February 24, 2016 by SweeTs
0 Tryskell Posted February 24, 2016 Posted February 24, 2016 You can't affect chances calculated by java side, stop the crap. And if you make correct checks about received client infos, packet modification normally can't happen. But well you got 200+ packets to check, so shit can happen. The easiest mean to avoid modification is to create double check, if you request id 1, you aren't supposed to get id 2. Which means you stored id 1 waiting for further operations.
0 thepsolartek Posted February 24, 2016 Author Posted February 24, 2016 i cant even understand what to do to avoid phx. i try to find catsguard but i found it on acis and it is really difficult to encypt all this code in frozen. i found the 80% of code in a forum but it is not full. can i avoid those programms with another java code. and if yes can someone help me by sending it?
0 Szakalaka Posted February 24, 2016 Posted February 24, 2016 Get phx, and analyze how it works. From what i remember (few years ago) beside many noises it hooks "connect" function from "ws2_32.dll" which gives you the pattern to find it.
