Could you please me know how I can add more skill bars, in C4? for example to have 2 or 3 skill bars like the image

you cant add them.

 

Its very hard because its writed in native code, and its hard to understand where are excactly those row bars functionality, but where are just row bars texture&Placement of them.

For example i did some mods with that skill bar in c4 http://i.imgur.com/H4Kp1qe.png , but in place were i was modifing there is only assign  the texture itself and were to place it, no other functional.

What about the custom interfaces?

Most of them have 3+ Shortcut bars ( Skills bars ).

Are they imported like he wants or ?
