Help Change Ip Adress

Hello guys so I was wondering if there's a good trick to change the ip adress in a computer/laptop so that I can open 2 characters with different ip. For example there are some events like TVT and I can't register with more than 1 character because it says maximum registration is 1 per IP.

I searched the cheats on this website but couldn't find an easy tutorial on how to do it. So if you could reply with pictures too would be awesome!
