I want to say something..

 

I believe that, we should give a chance to old banned accounts if with new one It has better character for a long time.

But no chance on scammers or something..

 

xxdm make spam all the time, but is still here.. does not respect the others. But that is not the problem.

 

Make a Poll or something. If members want to give a chance for AccessDenied. 
But is still on your own crisis.

Actually xdem is the greatest l2j coder in this forum, I can create codes few devs here can, I see the solution of any problem and most in here develop things based on my guidance.

And? Your knowledge is only on Marketplace.. You need this forum for yourself.
