uhm happens to me when i take .PNG type pictures and save them as .TGA ... if your using png's then i would suggest you use some online image converter, then use photoshop to convert to tga's and then import ;)

I create TGA in photoshop open the Unreal editor and choose TGA imports but does not display textures ... help me

you must change on photoshop the layer...on layer in photoshop will be index or background....but this must be layer 0 or 1 or what you want...if im not false....open the png file with photoshop Go tohttp://prntscr.com/99bkqb If is index the Layer then will be Like this http://prntscr.com/99blaw  Right Click on it and http://prntscr.com/99blph And then you can import your targa file to your unreal...:D

did not work ;/ I've done as much as Virus ...does not import but it shows :  http://scr.hu/6us8/j2xit

I may have the wrong versions of Windows or Adobe Photoshop ?

that literally has nothing to do with importing textures

you created a new shader

they are completely different things

what's wrong with using dds? did you even try it?
