How to open this file in unreal engine 2 editor? I want to change the login screen logo to my own. Tried with endec but it still won't open... can someody tell me please what im missing here?

Convert him in L2Tool and after open in Unreal ED.

But in game it looks blurred like that ---->

 

saved it as .dds DX3 also made alpha channel but obviously i missed something...

that isnt a solution

the point is to make it not effect the image when using lower details and was given by root ware
