Critical error on UnrealEd

CPU: GenuineIntel PentiumPro-class processor @ -241 MHz with 1014MB RAM
Video: Mobile Intel(R) 945 Express Chipset Family (4864)

Assertion failed: GObjBeginLoadCount==0 [File:.\UnObj.cpp] [Line: 1550]

History: UObject::StaticTick <- UEditorEngine::Tick <- UpdateWorld <- MainLoop

Here's the critical error I get when I try to open a file.

I've done everything right, according to Killer_007's thread about customising textures.

Take The .utx File You Want.

 

For Example LineageWeaponsTex.utx

 

And Put It Into C:/Unreal Editor ( or whatever is the name of the program /Textures

 

Paste It There.

 

Open The Program And Find It And Open It.
