Help Craft Item' Custom Armor

Hello people recently i tried to make a custom armor with recipes from dwarf's 

 

i want the people who will play into the server to craft the custom armor if anyone can help me with recipes.csv cause i cant edit it please send me a message!!

i dont get what you cant edit... like open it? use notepad or whatever

Well i use frozen i open recipes with excel and i change the id i save it and i spawn the recipe in game and nothing happend when i press her really nothing happens... I dont want you to make it for me i just want to watch you to make it.... And i will do it please :)
