I found a CFG file from a website (EPVP) and i tried it ingame my FPS increased from 60 to 180+.

Download the CFG file then you put it in C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\Config (Make backup from old one)

 then go in a custom game (all your settings will be shitty dont worry about it) once you're ingame it should look horrible but you can just change your settings back to normal then you should have alot of FPS.

 

If you have issues, delete your cfg file and League will re-create a new one.
