you must be smart to add your server again there,they refound your money because u had add a server before with other account,1 possible solution

 

1: Buy a small vps with 1-2 gb ram from a random company,even china one

2: Install a server just to add it on topzone,only to run gameserver/login 

3:Buy the main machine for the main server

4: Add the server from the crap machine with the ip of it   (tip #2)

 

With few words,the main server will run from another pc,instead of the small one which will only be for l2topzone approve
