Is there any way to change the background of this screen?

I'd like to put a different background in there.

And if you're familiar with the animation of that screen, id like to remove the animation of those green ropes that go left and right, the only animation i want to keep are white little balls that float around.

 

Is it possible? if yes then how? could you help or is it too big of a deal? is there a tutorial on it? Thanks  :D

Avoid doubleposting.

Secondly if i remember correct , u will need l2encdec and l2dat ( dunno if im correct its been 5 years since i last did that)

Then u need to edit systemmsg-e.dat.

Search a bit about it and ull find ur answer

would you prefered if i made a hole other topic to ask about unr or utx files? anyway, i got a good idea on what i have to do to achieve what i want, but im stuck on finding a program to import an image of my own and turn it into unr, ill check what l2encdec and l2dat  are though, thanks
