Welcome to the rebirth of a server that I opened a long time ago called l2netherworld.

 

I would like to open it again since I have the resources to do so

as well as the knowledge to add anything I want.

 

Rates:

EXP = x1000

 

SP = x10

 

Party XP/SP = x1.5

 

Enchant Rates:

 

Safe = 4

Max = 12

 

Normal Scroll % = 44

Blessed Scroll % = 66

 

Hellspawn Scroll % = 75

*Obtainable via bosses/events*

 

Buffs:

 

There will be 5 buffs all together:

 

Warrior's Haste:

+ Attack speed/Speed/Evasion

- Attack power/Casting speed/P Def

 

Mystical Haste:

+ Casting speed/Speed/Evasion

- Magic power/Attack Speed/M Def

 

Mystical Power:

+ Magic Power/P def/M def

- Casting Speed/Speed/Evasion

 

Warrior's Power:

+ Attack power/P def/M def

- Attack Speed/Evasion/Speed

 

Hell in you:

+ P def/M def/Resistance to all elements but fire, By a small %/Speed/Accuracy

- Increase skill cool down by a %/ Resistance to fire

 

Customized Armors/Weapons:

 

First Tier:

S Grade Armor/weapon (Draconic etc.)

 

Second Tier(Custom):

Black Vesper Armor/Weapon(Currently Deciding)

 

*Stats on the second tier will vary by 5% from the first tier, and they will be obtainable via quests and Bosses*

 

Customized Features:

 

Kamaloka like instance:

Players will level 80 and that have noblesse will be able to access it.

Whilst in the dungeon nobody else will be able to teleport there.

If a player gets a disconnect, he will get automatically get kicked out.

 

Players will be in the dungeon for 10 minutes. All monsters apart from *1* will be a bluff (no drops)

The mission is to find the treasure dropping monster and kill him before timer runs out.

Once per day admission!

Special Super Raidboss:

 

Manual event where the Boss will give a player at random hero status for 1 day,

noblesse for free and special coin which will give them a chance to obtain second tier armor or weapon

 

Clan leader kill reward:

If a opposing clan is at war and is killed by the leader, they will receive 200 extra reputation points.

Fully protected against exploits.

 

PvP Assistance for healers:

Every time a party gets a kill, a healer is able to receive the same reward at a %.

 

PvP Kill streak system:

 

After every 10 consecutive kills the player will be able to choose a reward from the pop up they will receive.

 

Customized PvP zones:

There will be 3 zones:

 

1. Player of the hour zone:

 

The zone will have special monsters will tons of skills to use against you, whether it will be a de buff or a attack skill.

The zone will have special drops to help you complete quests faster as well as getting you lifestones and blessed scrolls.

 

Players will fight against each other. The player that will get the most kills will be able to get a special bonus prize.

 

2. Farmer of the hour zone:

 

Same principle only that the player will compete against each other in a peace zone to farm as many monsters in an hour as possible.

The person will get a special bonus prize every hour.

 

3. Pure Pvp Zone:

On entry the players will lose their names. This means they will fight against each other randomly as well as farming mini bosses and cool monsters.

There is a plan to open it earlier, I am currently deciding on what pack to base it on, which anti bot to use and so on.

The pack has been decided. Time to start working on it.

 

The closest beta period will be in early may. Website will soon be ready as well!
