Another private project.... that's really sad, and you know what the worst part is? you don't even want to provide a test server for people who might be your clients, you and l2 scripts are the same you expect people to throw dozens of dollars without even know what they're buying, sorry mate but I stopped beliving in pretty words since a long time...

 

P.S.

Your topic must contain all the information about the product. If you're selling a project (L2 Pack), your topic must contain test-server's IP - It doesn't have to be 24/7 online, but enough to be tested.

 

From our skype conversation appearantly you are aware about this rule and still don't want to provide one...

As the rules says and L2Ovc said. Provide test server or topic will be locked. If you cant afford for vps.. use your own pc / hamachi or whatever.
